soul

I think I had what scriptwriters call a 'long dark night of the soul' last night (ha!) Insomnia, churning things over, wondering what's going on in the whole wide world and here on this little blog - whether we are authors of our own fate or whether destiny is predetermined and so on etc. And also thought about choices - the tough ones. Didn't really come to any real conclusion - beyond the whole scriptwriting transference 'cause and effect' thing. Perhaps for each change (we bid or undergo) in our life (large or small) there is something we forfeit or give up - which is often the reason why people are reluctant to undergo or accept change in the first place.
Is this true - what say you? What would you give up to achieve your dream?

yeah, but when we change we also gain as well don't we?

Yes Pot - massively I daresay - depending on what the changes are...

that ... seems very significant FA?

what Pot?

dunno. it seemed to suggest you have a change planned up your sleeve. or maybe i'm just reading into stuff.

I am not sure what I'd give up to achieve my dream. Sweat and blood but not health, family or love.

you?

no definitely not family or health Pot.
Not sure if you ever give up love - if its there, its there.

I left all my friends behind when I came here. That was hard. And a fab place to live. But have gained masses too...

don't really know what I'm talking about now :)

LOL! I had lunch with Lianne last week and I mentioned how I thought you seemed to be radiating bliss since you started your big drawings. Lianne said she'd noticed it too. So as long as you don't give that up I reckon you'll be ok whatever changes happen/you make.

I never really know what I'm talking about. :)

Yes drawing has completely gripped me and taken over my day now (booted the scriptwriting aside -ha!)

Never fear change!

In what format will you show your art? x

Yes Pot that's the one. Will do when I've put everything where it should be (stil have to go through everyone's potos again - *titter*)

And El - dunno - will see...

Rather than have stories piling up, its good to get it done and finished. And be able to look at it.
